As you may have noticed, I like my food – rather a lot in fact. But I balance all the indulgence with something of an exercise obsession – which is why I’m super excited to be attending Be:Fit London this year! [Sorry guys, this one’s for the girls – created for women by women.]
I believe that strong is the new skinny, and fit is the new thin, and the creators of Be:Fit live by this too – so they’re taking over Islington’s Business Design Centre from 1st to 3rd May for 3 days of exercise classes, inspirational talks, innovative brands, and advice and technology across health, fitness and nutrition.
